These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Travello Trips’s car rental services and website. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
a) Reservations
1. To make a reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information.Your reservation is subject to availability and may be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
2. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your reservation for any reason, including but not limited to overbooking or unforeseen circumstances.
b) Rental Requirements
1. To rent a car, you must be at least 18 years old. You may be required to provide additional documentation, such as proof of identity, proof of address and age proof.
2. You are not permitted to drive the rental vehicle.
c) Rental Rates and Fees
1. Rental rates are based on the rental period, type of vehicle, and location.
Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to fuel charges and late fees.
2. All fees are subject to change without notice.
d) Vehicle Condition
1. The chauffeur will ensure the vehicle is in good condition before and after each rental.
2. Any damage to the vehicle during the rental period will be assessed and charged to your account.
e) Cancellation and Modifications
You may cancel or modify your reservation subject to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the type of reservation.
f) Liability
1. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by your use of the rental vehicle, except to the extent required by law.
g) Force Majeure
1. We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, acts of God, or government actions.
h) Governing Laws
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi Jurisdiction.
i) Amendments
1. We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendments will be posted on our website.
